Our neighborhood lacks opportunity for children to participate in extracurricular activities such as art, music and athletics. Quality after-school programming significantly increases academic performance while reducing crime and risky behavior, and provides students a safe and inviting atmosphere to pursue their interests. Engaging our students for the entire day encourages them to maintain focus and ensures they are involved in a productive lifestyle. Every Bright Futures student participates in the three-hour after-school program Monday through Thursday during the school year.
Funding provided in part by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners under the guidance of the Department of Community Development.
